HC Deb 31 March 1892 vol 3 c364
DR. TANNER

I beg to ask the Postmaster General whether his attention has been directed to the inconvenience occasioned to the inhabitants of Drinagh, County Cork, in consequence of the outgoing daily post taking place at ten o'clock a.m.; whether letters taken at ten a.m. are sent on by the 7.45 mail train from Dunmanway, which is distant only seven miles; and if, under the circumstances, an afternoon or later outgoing post will be granted to the people of Drinagh?

* SIR J. FERGUSSON

Arrangements are in progress for giving a later outgoing post to Drinagh. The effect will be to afford an interval of nearly three hours for reply.
