HC Deb 28 March 1892 vol 3 c131

Order for Second Reading read.

THE ATTORNEY GENERAL (Sir E. WEBSTER,) Isle of Wight

I beg, Sir, to move that this Bill be now read a second time. There has been a universal expression of opinion in favour of the measure which was read a second time last year, and which has been most carefully considered by Lord Herschell and by all the lawyers in the House of Lords, and which meets with their approval.

Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the Bill be now read a second time."—(Sir R. Webster.)

Motion agreed to.

Bill read a second time, and committed for Thursday.
