§ Mr. KNOXhaving placed on the paper a Question, to ask the Secretary to the Treasury what is the cause of the delay in presenting the Report of the Board of Works in Ireland relating 1663 to the Lough Erne Drainage Scheme; and, whether, considering the great importance of the question to the people of the district, he will take steps to hasten the presentation of the Report?
