I do not offer any opposition, and only wish to say that this day week I shall move— That it be an Instruction to the Committee to whom this Bill is referred that they have power to inquire and report to the House whether any further or special provisions should be inserted in the Bill to secure the peaceful observance of Sunday in Eastbourne.
