BRODRICKThe Secretary of State is not prepared to extend beyond their present limits the facilities given to the public in regard to the Tower Wharf, which, he understands, do not fall far short of those asked for in the hon. Member's question. The wharf is already open on Saturdays and Sundays, and practically on Mondays, and on all Bank Holidays.
