CAREW (Kildare, N.)I beg to ask the Attorney General for Ireland if he can now state whether Joseph Porter, a new tenant mi the Luggacurran estate, who was bound over to keep the peace at the recent Athy Petty Sessions for having brandished a revolver at a Mrs. Flanagan of Athy, obtained a licence to carry arms; and, if so, whether it is intended to allow him to hold that licence any longer?
