HEALY,) Longford, N.I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that the secretary to the County Leitrim Grand Jury has died since the introduction of the Local Government Bill; and whether the Government will suggest that the appointment of a successor should be suspended till that measure passes, or provide that it shall not apply to officers appointed since the Bill was brought in?
