§ SIR MICHAEL HICKS BEACHYes, Sir; a silver medal for gallantry has been awarded to the skipper and a bronze medal and £2 to the third hand in the case alluded to by the hon. Member. The Board of Trade have also offered to pay for the boat lost and to defray any expenses incurred for the subsistence of the rescued crew.
