§ MR. MORTONI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether County Court Judge Barber (of Derbyshire) has retired on a pension; and, if so, will he state the amount of such pension, and the length of his services as a Judge?
SIR JOHN GORSTYes, Sir; His Honour Judge Barber retired on a pension of £1,000 per annum in November last. He was appointed on 26th September, 1889.
