§ MR A. J. BALFOURI do not think that this would be the proper time to make a statement. I believe a question is to be put to me to-morrow by an hon. Friend on this side; and though I am not fully acquainted with the terms of that question, probably there will be an opportunity for me to state the view of the Government on the course to be pursued.
