§ THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF TRADE (Sir MICHAEL HICKS BEACH,) Bristol, W.The Caithness Fishermen's Association have drawn my attention to the matter referred to by the hon. Member. I have informed them that the beacon is a local matter, upon which they should communicate with the Harbour Authority, and that the fog signal must, in the first place, be for the consideration of the Commissioners of Northern Lighthouses,, who have a light at Noss Head.
