FLYNNI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the report of the last meeting of the Tralee Board of Guardians has been brought under the notice of the Local Government Board, in which they complain that Lord Headley refused to pay the rates upon several farms, and that the Solicitor to the Board was unable to recover the rates from him; and, if so, whether the Local Government Board will take any steps in the matter?
