KIMBER (Wandsworth)I beg to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether arrangements can be made by which the public can, after Provisional 144 Orders have been confirmed by Act of Parliament, purchase from the Queen's Printers any one particular Order with the confirming portion of the Act annexed, without having, as is at present the case, to purchase a whole series of Orders which are usually annexed to the Confirming Act, and at considerable expense?
