HC Deb 04 March 1892 vol 2 cc43-4
MR. CLANCY

On behalf of my hon. Friend the Member for North Meath (Mr. Mahony), I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether his attention has been called to a public meeting recently held at Ballybunion, County Kerry, at which a resolution was passed asking the Congested Districts Board to undertake the construction of a small pier for the purpose of affording a landing place for fishing boats; and, whether he will urge upon the Congested Districts Board the advisability of holding a local inquiry into the subject?

MR. JACKSON

The attention of the Congested Districts Board has been called to the resolution referred to, and they propose to make local inquiry in the matter.
