DE WORMS,) Liverpool, East ToxtethNo persons have been removed from Newfoundland in consequence of the arrangement with France; although, as the hon Member is doubtless aware from the Debates of last year, certain lobster factories on the treaty shore have been closed. The claim of Miss Hubert, to which the hon. Member refers, relates to land in Cape Breton, which is part of Nova Scotia, in the Dominion of Canada, and is not affected by the Newfoundland arrangement.
