§ Bill, as amended, considered.
§ MR. LEA (Londonderry, S.)
I should like to ask the hon. and learned Gentleman the Attorney General 1580 whether the Irish Sunday Closing Act is continued under the Bill? The exemption of certain towns under this Act has been renewed year after year now for ten years, and I hope that the next Parliament will find time to deal with the matter once for all.
§ THE ATTORNEY GENERAL (Sir RICHARD WEBSTER,) Isle of Wight
I have not had time to consult with my right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney General for Ireland on this point; but, speaking from memory, I have no doubt that the Act referred to is continued under this Act.
§ Bill read the third time, and passed.
