ASHMEAD-BARTLETTThe number, 1,292, is the estimated increase on the total number of boys to be borne in the Navy, both for service and training, for the year 1892–93, as compared with the same total for the year 1891–92. The number to be entered during 1892–93 is 3,700, which is two hundred more than in the preceding year.
