That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of the Consolidated Fund, of an increase in the remuneration for the manage-

ment of Treasury Bills, and the payment, out of moneys provided by Parliament for the service of the Irish Land Commission, of remuneration for the management of Guaranteed Land Stock, in pursuance of any Act of the present Session for making further provision respecting certain payments to the Banks of England and Ireland.
