COLONEL NOLAN(for Mr. CLANCY,) Dublin Co., N.I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether, inasmuch as a considerable proportion of leaseholders in Ireland have not yet sent in applications to have fair rents fixed on their holdings, he will include in the Expiring Laws Continuance Bill of the present Session, and so continue for another year, the provision in the Land Law (Ireland) Act, 1887, which relates to the time within which such applications may be made?
