§ SIR JOHN LUBBOCK (London University)In regard to this Bill, I, on behalf of the London County Council, have to say that some clauses which I understood were agreed to have been accidentally omitted; but I am assured by the promoters that they will be considered in another place, and, accepting this assurance, I offer no opposition to this proposal.
