§ MR. KIMBER (Wandsworth)May I ask you a question, Mr. Speaker, on a point of Order? A Provisional Order Bill was on the Paper yesterday, with a Notice of opposition to it, and I was informed by the agents for the Bill that it would be taken to-day, and I came down to speak upon it. Now, however, I find that the Bill was taken yesterday, and passed.
§ MR. SPEAKERWhat Bill does the hon. Gentleman refer to?
§ MR. KIMBERProvisional Order Bill, No. 15.
§ MR. CALDWELL (Glasgow, St. Rollox)I may explain that the Bill was on the Order Paper yesterday with a Notice of opposition to it; but when the Order was called no hon. Member offered opposition, and so the Bill was treated in the usual way.
§ MR. SPEAKERNo Member being here to oppose the Bill it was proceeded with.
