Kenealy, newspaper editor, of Kilkenny City, has applied for and obtained special police protection; what was the date of Mr. Kenealy's application, and the grounds upon which he sought police protection; and whether the cost, or any portion of it, is to be borne by the ratepayers of Kilkenny?
