LAWRENCEI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies whether his attention has been called to a speech of President Krüger, as reported by Reuter, stating that "he was still endeavouring to obtain Swaziland"; and whether it is the case that Her Majesty's Government is negotiating with the President on the subject of the revision of the Convention of 1890; and, if so, of what part of it?
