HC Deb 15 February 1892 vol 1 c553

Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the Bill be now read a second time."—(Mr. T. H. Bolton.)

MR. T. M. HEALY (Longford, N.)

I think we might ask for some explanation first.

MR. T. H. BOLTON (St. Pancras, N.)

It is a small Bill which obtained a Second Reading last Session. There is no opposition to it, I believe, and I hope the House will consent to take the Second Reading now.

Motion agreed to.

Bill read a second time, and committed for Wednesday next.
