HC Deb 09 August 1892 vol 7 cc194-5
THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY (Mr. A. J. BALFOUR, Manchester, E.)

I beg to give notice that on Thursday I propose to move the sus- pension of the Twelve o'clock Rule, not with the view of prolonging the Debate, but in order to insure that the arrangement which has been arrived at for taking a Division on that day may not be interfered with. I now beg to move—"That this House, at its rising, do adjourn till Thursday."

Motion agreed to.

Resolved, "That this House, at its rising, do adjourn till Thursday."
