GARDNER (Essex, Saffron Walden)May I ask the President of the Board of Agriculture whether the Order of the Department of 13th April placing restrictions, in consequence of the outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease, on the movement of cattle in the district of Royston, Bishops Stortford, and Saffron Walden, has been, or will be, rescinded?
