HC Deb 25 April 1892 vol 3 c1383

Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the Bill, as amended, be now considered."

(12.2.) MR. CAMPBELL-BAN-NERMAN ( Stirling, &c.)

I am not going to move any Amendment, nor could I now do so; but I wish to give notice that I intend, on the Motion for Third Reading, to move that the Bill be re-committed in order that a provision may be inserted restraining road authorities from destroying or injuring places of public interest in Scotland under powers they at present possess.

Motion agreed to.

Bill, as amended, considered; to be read the third time upon Thursday.
