I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether a Special Commissioner has yet been appointed by the Labour Commission to inquire into the condition of farm servants in Scotland; and will the said Commissioner hold sittings at the different agricultural centres and at other suitable places throughout the rural districts in Scotland?
