HC Deb 12 April 1892 vol 3 c1255
MR. T. M. HEALY (Longford, N.)

I should also like to make an appeal to the First Lord of the Treasury with regard to the Criminal Law Amendment Bill, and would ask him not to take that Bill in the first week after the Recess.

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

In answer to the appeal of the hon. Gentleman I wish to say I am ready to give way to it. I hope after the time that will elapse he will not require long notice to be given of the day on which it is to be taken.

MR. T. M. HEALY

I am much obliged to the right hon. Gentleman.
