ESMONDEI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether, in considering the question of an increase of the grant for the Chicago Exhibition, the Government will also consider the question of allocating Ireland's share of that grant to a committee of Irishmen; and how soon he will be in a position to state whether an increased grant has been sanctioned; and, if so, to what amount?
