BRYCE (Aberdeen, S.)I beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether Her Majesty's Government propose to require all schools receiving grants for secondary education under Sub-section (1) (b) of Section 2 of the Education and Local Taxation Relief (Scotland) Bill, to submit to inspection under Subsection (1) (a); what classes of schools, besides schools under the management of School Boards, are to be admitted to participate in the grants under Subsection (1) (b); and whether it is intended to extend the proposed grants to schools under the control of, or in connection with, any particular religious denomination?
