§ BARON H. DE WORMSThe Secretary of State has called for the information desired, and it will be communicated to the hon. Member as soon as it has been obtained. The death-rate for 1890 among the military population (including officers, men, women, and children) was 6.30 per 1,000. The particulars for 1891 have not yet been received.
