That the Medical Officers of the Volunteer Force should be placed on precisely the same footing as other Officers of the Volunteers regarding the distribution of honours and awards?
§ * MR. E. STANHOPEIf the Volunteers ever take part in active service in the field they will be entitled to the same honours as the Regular Forces; but otherwise the only rewards now open to them are in consideration of long and efficient service in command of a corps.
