KNOWLES (Salford, W.)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether it is intended to issue a continuation of the index to the Consular and Diplomatic Reports which was issued in 1889 for the years 1886–8; and whether he will consider the possibility of presenting such an index annually?
