I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland is the Inspector General, Royal Irish Constabulary, aware that the Kildare force complain that their County Inspector is in the habit of not forwarding him their letters of grievance; does the County Inspector admit detaining complaints; and will any irregularity in this respect be remedied?

The Inspector General of the Royal Irish Constabulary has been in communication with the County Inspector of Kildare, and is satisfied that no ground exists for the suggestion contained in this question, nor has any complaint been received from the County Force on the subject.
