§ BARON H. DE WORMSThe Secretary of State has selected Colonel McInnis, Commandant of Local Forces in Trinidad, to succeed Colonel Cotton. Arrangements for strengthening the local forces in the colony are under the consideration of Her Majesty's Government and the Colonial Government.
