COURTNEY (Cornwall, Bodmin)The new Standing Orders, and an Amendment to Standing Orders 21 and 23, which stand on the Paper in the name of the President of the Local Government Board relative to Procedure in case of Bills promoted by the London County Council, will be proposed on Monday, April 6.
