I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, for the convenience of Scotch Members, he will postpone the Motion for a Committee on the Private Bill Procedure (Scotland) Bill until the latter part of the week after the Easter holiday?

If the Motion is not taken before Easter, it shall not be taken till the Thursday after the Easter Holidays.

What business will be taken on the next day and on Monday? Further, what date will be fixed for the Committee on the Civil Service Estimates?

I hope it will be possible to go into Committee on the Civil Service Estimates on Monday. Tomorrow the Government hope to proceed with several of the Bills on the Paper.
