EVANS (in the absence of Mr. ARTHUR WILLIAMS)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he will obtain and lay upon the Table of the House a copy of the Belgian and Austro-Hungarian tariffs for goods and passengers on the State Railways in those countries, showing the rates and distances in English money and miles, and a copy of the State Returns for 1888, showing the financial working of the railways in those countries?
