POWER,) Waterford, E.I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if a Sub-Commission is soon to sit to hear applications for the fixing of judicial rents in the Unions of Kilmacthomas and Waterford; and, if so, about what date; and if not, whether, in view of the number of tenants in those districts anxious to have judicial rents fixed, a Sub-Commission will be sent there?
