Gentleman by the late Mr. Bradlaugh, will come into force; and whether it is intended to make its action retrospective?

RAIKESThis matter is being closely examined by the Treasury, and that Department is dealing with the various cases in batches and proceeding with the work, which is very laborious, as it comes before it. The decision on the point referred to in the last paragraph of the hon. Gentleman's question, as indeed on all those involved, rests with the Treasury.
