FLYNNI beg to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty whether information has reached him that the agents and employés of "The Scomber and Mackerel Fishing Syndicate" are in the habit of molesting parties suspected of buying fish from vessels fishing off the South-Western Coast of Ireland; and, if so, under what authority they interfere with persons engaged in their lawful calling?
