LEVESON-GOWERI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government have any ground for believing that Moussa Bey is to be tried on any of the charges still pending against him; whether there is any prospect of his being exiled to Medina or elsewhere; and whether he is at present at Constantinople in actual or nominal confinement, or has been permitted to return to Armenia?
