§ MR. A. H. DYKE ACLAND (York, W.R., Rotherham)I think the object of the Bill is well known and approved by all friends of education. Nearly every County Council is interested in the matter. I hope the hon. Member will not persist in his objection.
§ MR. TOMLINSONI am not sure that all persons interested in education do agree with the Bill in its present form.
§ THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL FOR EDUCATION (Sir W. HART DYKE, Kent, Dartford)I hope my hon. Friend will allow the Bill to 2046 proceed. The subject does very much exercise the minds of County Councils.
