Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of the amount of purchase mosey and costs incurred in the purchase of bogs under the provisions of any Act of the present Session to provide for and regulate the user by purchasing tenants of rights of Turbary.—(Mr. Jachten.)
