I beg to ask the Vice President of the Committee of Council on Education whether, in Parliamentary Paper, No. 400 of last Session, under the heading "Income from Subscriptions and Rates," in the case of voluntary schools, any sums have been included which have been applied from the rates to enforce attendance at school?
