HC Deb 29 June 1891 vol 354 cc1722-3
MR. COBB (Warwick, S.E., Rugby)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he will grant a Return for the years 1888, 1889, and 1890, of the numbers of cases of non-commissioned officers who have been tried by Court Martial and punished for allowing gambling or card playing to take place, or for participating in it, and giving short particulars of each offence, the date, and the punishment inflicted?

MR. E. STANHOPE

If the hon. Member moves for this Return, it shall be furnished as far as the regimental records will permit.
