HC Deb 26 June 1891 vol 354 c1674

Order read, for resuming Adjourned Debate on Question [25th June], "That the Bill be now read the third time."

Question again proposed.

Debate resumed.

(12.0.) DR. TANNER (Cork Co. Mid)

It is not the time, I think, to take the third reading of such a Bill as this without the opportunity for expression of opinion. I have always deprecated the attempt to pass an important Bill just on the striking of the hour when opposed business closes.

It being Midnight, the Debate stood adjourned.

Debate to be resumed upon Monday next.
