HC Deb 25 June 1891 vol 354 c1528

Order for Second Reading read.

MR. WOODALL (Hanley)

May I ask if there is any hope that the Government will facilitate the progress of this Bill?

MR. KELLY (Camberwell, N.)

The Bill, I may say, is in charge of an hon. Member who, I am informed, is not likely to be in his place for six weeks. It is not fair to the House to put the Bill down in this manner week after week.

*MR. SPEAKER

No instructions having been given, the Bill is dropped, and will have to be revived.
