HC Deb 18 June 1891 vol 354 c801
MR. WADDY (Lincolnshire, Brigg)

I wish to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, in consequence of the Vice President of the Council being unable to answer either of my questions, the required information will be embodied in an Unopposed Return, and issued before the discussion of the Education Bill?

*MR. W. H. SMITH

My right hon. Friend has already stated that this information does not exist in the Education Office, and can only be obtained by a careful inquiry throughout many thousands of districts in the country. The hon. Member can make his own estimate of the time required for such an inquiry, and the delay which will be caused in the progress of the Education Bill.
